A native of North Philadelphia, Thompson has a master’s diploma in educational leadership and administration from Cabrini University and a bachelor’s diploma in workforce development and coaching from Penn Point out University.
She is the founder of Cosmopolitan Tech Natural beauty Heart, Inc., a business enterprise she started out in 2015 that provides experienced improvement seminars for practicing cosmetologists and barbers.
