Fast Bites: New coastal cafe, wine store ideas next site

A new cafe that’s inspired by the culture and delicacies of the coast is planned for Buckhead Village, the upscale advancement owned by Atlanta developer Jamestown.

Known as Carmel, the idea is from Olivia Restaurant Team. The group is also driving Italian cafe and specialty current market Bellina Alimentari, together with Israeli restaurants Aziza, Falafel Nation and Rina.

Carmel is set to open up future yr, located throughout from NARS at 3009 Bolling Way.

“Our take on coastal cuisine is much less about a unique suite of recipes or from a distinct area,” claimed Tal Baum, founder and CEO of Olivia Cafe Team. Baum was elevated in Haifa, Israel, and moved to Florence, Italy at the age of 21. “It’s a common philosophy and tactic toward food items characterized by new, vivid flavors that make it possible for the simplicity of the elements to shine as a result of.”
