SOUTH CHARLESTON, W. Va. — Margaret Jane Biros, 79, passed away peacefully, with loved ones by her facet, Sunday, Aug. 1, 2021, at Thomas Memorial Healthcare facility.

She was born in Youngstown, the daughter of the late Charles Balla and Margaret Schmidt Balla, both immigrants from Hungary. She graduated from Chaney High University in Youngstown, attended Western Reserve University in Cleveland, and been given her registered nursing diploma from St. Elizabeth Clinic in Youngstown. She then worked for St. Elizabeth Clinic, Children’s Medical center in Pittsburgh, Pa., Worcester Basic in Worcester, Mass. and CAMC Women and Children’s in Charleston, W. Va. In addition, she served as the chief accountant and vice-president for Top Edge Information Expert services in Wheeling, W. Va..

She married her partner, John Biros, in 1964. They have 3 daughters, Jean Marie (Michael) Preston of Fraziers Base, W. Va., Janet Lynn (Robert) Roset of Wheeling, W. Va., and Jennifer Sue (Thomas) Hetrick of Phoenix, Ariz. She is survived by her sister-in-legislation, Doris Balla of Niles. In addition to her daughters and sons-in-law, she is survived by 6 grandchildren, Margit Biros of Charleston, James Roset of Houston, Texas, Jonathan Roset of Newark, Del., Mischa Preston of Morrisville, N.C., and Deane Preston and Coen Preston, equally learners at WVU.

Besides her mothers and fathers, she was preceded in demise by her brother, Joseph Balla of Vienna.

She was a loving spouse, mother, grandmother and a excellent Hungarian prepare dinner. Her Hungarian holupki or halushki or chicken paprikash were fantastic. … inquire any of the grandkids. She was deeply devoted to her churches, specifically Sacred Heart in Charleston and Our Lady of Perpetual Enable Byzantine Catholic Church in Wheeling.

She appreciated traveling, not only all over the United states of america, but she also produced three journeys to Europe, like a take a look at to her parents’ household villages in Hungary.
